Stephanie Melodia is the Founder & ex-CEO of Bloom, an award-winning marketing agency she grew from the ground up from 2017 to 2023, serving clients included in the Top Startups in the country and with work featured in the likes of Forbes, The Independent, Sifted, and more.

Prior to running her own successful marketing business, she led the UK marketing for Top 10 Global App Developer, Meitu. She spent the previous decade working agency side, working on household names such as Coca-Cola, McDonald's, and Monsoon Accessorize, as well as luxury brands including Dior, Bally, and Givenchy.

What is founder coaching, exactly?
It’s tailored support to help you grow as both a founder and a leader - from idea stage to early traction.
Do I need a founder coach?
This is 100% up to you. What I can tell you with conviction, though, is that going it alone is very, very challenging. Both from a practical standpoint as well as internally, entrepreneurship is fricking tough! I learnt this too late in my own journey, and bringing in a business coach for the last few years of my own company was truly transformative. So I know firsthand how hard it can be, and the difference it can make having someone in your corner.

How does founder coaching work?
Regular, remote 1:1 sessions with Stephanie Melodia for clarity, strategy, and diagnosing any other challenges or opportunities for growth.

Is this right for me if I haven’t launched yet?
Absolutely. Many of my clients come to me before launch to get clear, get confident, and avoid rookie mistakes.
What if I’m not sure I can afford it?
The question isn't whether you can afford coaching. It's whether you can afford to keep making the same decisions without a sounding board. Most of my clients recoup their investment within the first few months through better pricing, better clients, or both.

Yes - unlike most coaches, I bring 10+ years of branding, marketing & startup experience to the table.

What if I'm too busy to add coaching on top of everything else?
I hear this from almost every client before we start - and it's usually a sign that now is exactly the right time. When you're too busy to think strategically, you're stuck in a loop that gets harder to break the longer you leave it. Our sessions are designed to create clarity and reclaim your time, not add to the noise.

I've tried coaches before and it didn't really work. How can I trust you?
Generic coaching rarely works for agency owners because the context is so specific. I'm not giving you business advice designed for a product company or a solo freelancer. Everything we do is grounded in the realities of running a creative, service-based agency — because I've lived it.
Is this right for me if my agency is still early stage?
Yes - and, actually, the earlier the better. The mistakes that are hardest to undo are the ones made in the first two years: the wrong pricing model, the wrong client base, the wrong structure. Getting strategic clarity early is the highest-leverage thing you can do.
I'm thinking about starting a family - is this the right time to invest in the business?
It's one of the best reasons to start now. Building a business that runs without you being in every detail isn't a luxury — it's a necessity if you want to be present for what matters most. Let's build that foundation before you need it.​
